Occasionally referred to as adult day care, Albright LIFE (Living Independently For Elders) is a unique program offering all inclusive health care services to support the independence of eligible seniors.
From on-site physician services to medicine management, LIFE coordinates and oversees all of the healthcare services needed by each participant.
Medicine management is provided through Albright’s central pharmacy and trained nurses. Other health and medical services received at LIFE include:
- Doctor appointments
- Out patient services
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy
- Assistance with personal care
- Medicine management
- Daily weight monitoring
- In home care
- Social and recreational activities
- Meals and snacks
- Non-emergency transportation
- Caregiver support
